How to post an ad?

  1. Create your ad.
  2. "Register" or "Login".
  3. Go to your email and verify your ad within 48 hours.
  4. Your ad will be sent for quick review according to the content policies.
  5. Approved ad will be displayed on Mudahalih within 24 hours.
  6. Displayed ad will last for 60 days.

Note:
  • Ads posted at night will be reviewed and published the next working day.
  • Always check your email for notification.

How to check if my ad has been approved and displayed?

Always check your email for notification OR Login to "My Profile" to check your ad "status".

I did not receive any email notification.

Please check your email spam folder or quarantined email.

What if submitted ad not approved?

Edit and resubmit your ad if it's not approved.

Can I edit my ad that has that has been approved and displayed?

No. Remove the ad and create a new ad.

How to remove my ad? [Eg: Item is sold]

Login to "My Profile" to remove your ad on Mudahalih.

How long my displayed ad will last?

It will last for 60 days. You can create new ad after that.

How to identify common signs of scam:

  • The ad listing has put the email address on the image attached to the listing.
  • The seller asks you to pay in advance for shipping the item, and refuses to meet with you, or telephone you.
  • The buyer wants to overpay with higher price for your item.
  • The ad listing has put the email address on the image attached to the listing.

Note: If you found an ad that may have signs of scam. You can click "Report Scam" in the ad.
